hi to all... to band mates..
kelmond is finally here to post liao..
hahaha..
hmm that day syf..
can say is disappinted and at the same time felt a sense of..
accomplishment..
dissppointed cuz of that time the standard
so high..
unexpected...
gold with honours band all drop to silver... some maybe managed to maintain,
or drop to gold?..
silver for this year is almost equal to 2005 syf gold.. say this may be a little proud.. but
its is true..
in my views la..
that day
i still remember
morning..
go band for final tuning and prac a little...
i was very very confident..
at the same time...
nervous..
we were at back stage.. watching the tv...
that showed wad the current band is playing..
so cool lor they all..
nvm..
think of ourself first..
went in after that..
set up things.. got ready and look in front..
so shocked!!!
so many people..
then annouced mr png to come in..
as they played sunrise..
i no part mar..
so listened and watch the audience..
see see see
spotted mdm yeo and others..
mr pisit was so shuai..
sry i not gay hor.
then think of miss wee.. cannot dui bu qi her.. must do my best..
after that finally..
seventh night..
before that few pracs..
we worked out lots of things and i managed to find the correct volume..
of bass drum finally... feel lor try try ba..
then start..
everything i was juz focusing on mr png...
nothing else was on my mind... first time so focused..
then played those dynamics part not tooo loud now soft..
juz nice..
whee..
controlled juz nice..
cresc oso juz nice..
seem to go with the music..
then..
finish le..
i was satisfied with my playing..
i nvr played any mistakes..
miss wee said that we did well..
quite confident..
after that,, results time..
annouced silver..
i was like whole heart sank..
this was the regret..
accomplishment..
is the days ever since we played seventh night till now..
everyone from a junior player..
gradually improved to a better player...
that period of time..
i really missed it.. i love it..
i really put my soul in this period of time..
although sometimes slack a litttle..
then till the last few days of syf..
our seventh night..
mr lum said that it was the ebst he ever conducted.
all the parts which i can ardly hear last time all came out..
all so nice..
everything was juz nice..
vloume of percussion..
everybody was well prepared le..
that seventh night we played..
during syf.
set the standard for seventh night for the rest of the day..
we were the best of the session except for that only gold band..
out of all i am confident
we performed the best..
i am glad to be able to play for this and work with u all..
thx..
now syf is finally over..
all the stress gone..
dun think too much le..
silver is silver..
at leaast we got wad we aimmed..
not the results..
but the results are not important..
is the process we learn..
the things that we learn..
the fun and sorrow we gone through together..
the seventh night that we play is really good i think..
this period of time..
i fell in love with band..
music.. yes music..
results are no longer important..
the bond that we share in band..
during the performance..
is wad really counts..
so now..
everything is juz perfect to me..
maybe i am juz consoling myself..
but i am speaking from the bottom from my heart..
results are not important..
nothing to be proud of even if we get poor or good results..
as long as we understand and we know the real picture..
nothing else counts le..

i just feel ,
we did not do anything .
we wont do such things .

judges were strict , but fair too .
most of them were from overseas .
this means SYF this year is international level .
judges from all parts of the world .
many bands dropped .
4 bands dropped from GWH to silver .
quite many dropped from GWH to gold .
2 GWH till now - st' pats , angmokio .
some commented that chongboon band gt bronze cox of us .
oh well , we set the standard of seventh night that day . they're so unlucky .
gold drop to bronze , shd be very sad .
chinese high dropped to silver tooo .
broadrick from silver dropped to COP .
4 or 5 COP bands already .
oh well , maintaining a silver is already a blessing in disguise .

today sports meet , raining and then released .

i'm finally here to post..
so many things i dunno how to say..
its like so sian de lor..

yesterday .. friday..
went to school for practice..
played sunrise for more than an hour..
i did nothing much.. juz sitting there..

i just , feeel like sleeeping .
hahas . today band was tiring .
sunrise was already half dead ..
cause today everything seemed so soft and had to use a lot of energy in playing it ..

banditz 5 here to blog .
today morning was late for the practice .
and mr png was so early ! rahhh .
tmr shall be super duper early !!
many people are soo sick nowadays .
OOPS i forgot i got chinese oral tmr .

this is the first time i have taken a chinese oral in secondary school life .

syf is just 9 days.. or rather 8 days away...

i am so sleeepy .
ytd was so moody again .
sorry everybody

i dont know whads happening ..
IM SO TIRED ..
having terrible headache ytd ..
during the afternoon exchange ..
and till night ..
thursday did i post nerh ?
hmm thursday .. i really forgot ! oh gosh ..
oh yeah.. ate in compass .. macs rites ?
waited for ky mer and joyce to finish their homework ..
and went to buy the gifts for exchange .. =))
till quite late in the night .. hahas .. and got home late .
friday had band which was meaningful ..
i like e way mr lum goes through the last part of seventh night ..
it was meaningful .. hahas =D
and then in the night mr png came and went through the pieces ..
and decided who to play this and that part ..
im still so confused. who is really playing ?
hmm , quite cool la . had beehoon for dinner .
the atmosphere wasnt quite right during dinner time .
everyone was so quiet .
yepp . after band , mdm yeo offered to send us home . cause jasmine was sick.. and im going to mer's house.. which was near jasmine's house ..
but in the end we took cab , and kel was forced to take mdm yeo's car ! lols .
we sent jasmine to the lift and walked to mer's house .
went up .. started work asap ..
LOL waited for our dearest cutter to come - KAIYING .
lols joyce went sleeeping for 1 hr and we tot she wont come .

i am so unhappy.. so sad..

after that went to cp..

then my mother came..

for so long..

she juz dun believe me..
